Delivery Information (UK)

We have a range of different delivery options available: 

  • Standard Delivery (2-5 working days after dispatch)

Please note that it usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to dispatch orders from our warehouse, depending on the size of the order, which should be added to the delivery timescale. If there is a delay in dispatching your item, you will be contacted within 48 hours and updated on the status of your order. 

All orders are shipped via Standard Delivery and Express Delivery will be delivered by MyHermes, UPS, or Royal Mail. The tracking number for your order will be available in the 'My Account' section on this website. 

You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you.

    While we deliver anywhere in the world, orders placed from certain locations will be subject to potential customs charges. If the items are held by local customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve this. 

    If a parcel is seized/held by your local customs this will be customer’s responsibility to solve the issue. In the event a parcel is held by customs, a refund (minus shipping) can only be issued when/if the parcel is sent back to us. Once the parcel is back in our possession, we will contact you to discuss a refund.
